Internship Project

This project was designed for a structured enterprise environment where managers need a clear view of employees, technical competencies, availability and active operational work. The platform centralizes workforce information and supports managers while assigning suitable employees to tasks.
Employee information, competencies and work assignments can become fragmented across departments. Managers may know their teams personally, but they still need a consistent way to evaluate availability, required skills, workload and organizational constraints before making assignments.
I designed a role-based decision-support system with separate dashboards for senior management, regional management, technical unit managers, engineers and technicians. The system brings employee profiles, competencies, task requirements, assignment status and reporting into one interface.
